You can share documents online, as they come during the month. No need to carry or post paper.

We handle the agreed work.
We post the records and prepare returns, statements and reports on time. If something is missing or a key deadline is near, we let you know.

You get the exact list when we agree the engagement. Most often it is these:

- Bank statements

- Payroll and attendance records
- Contracts and other agreed documents

01Which accounting software do you use?
As standard we work in Money S3 or Money S4. We often also connect remotely to our clients’ own accounting software, most commonly Pohoda.
02How does switching from my current accountant work?
The switch is usually smooth. The hardest part is making the decision. After that we simply exchange contacts with your current accountant and you can leave the rest to us.
03How much does accounting cost?
It depends on the scope: the number of documents and employees and the outputs you need. After a short conversation we prepare a specific proposal.
04Can I share documents online?
Yes, you can share documents online. We agree the practical details to suit your records.
