What data we process and why

Contact form and e-mail

Your name, e-mail, phone number, company name and the content of the message you send us via the form or by e-mail. We use them to reply and, where relevant, prepare a proposal.

• Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
• Retention: while your enquiry is handled and for no longer than 12 months after our last communication, unless it leads to a contract.
• To prevent spam, the form briefly stores a hashed fingerprint of your IP address for no more than 10 minutes.

Job applicants

Your CV and any other details you send to novakova@aaudit.sk, are processed for the purposes of the recruitment process.

• Legal basis: steps taken before entering into an employment contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Retention: until the recruitment process ends. We keep your CV for future openings only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Clients

Personal data processed while providing our services is handled under the contract and specific legislation, such as the Accounting Act and the Statutory Audit Act. You receive the details when the contract is signed.

Who receives your data

• our web hosting and e-mail provider, who stores the data on our behalf,
• public authorities where required by law.

We do not sell your data or use it for marketing. We do not transfer it outside the EU, except for the Google map if you choose to load it (see Cookies).

Your rights

• access to your data and a copy of it,
• rectification of inaccurate data,
• erasure and restriction of processing,
• data portability,
• objection to processing based on legitimate interest,
• withdrawal of consent where processing is based on consent.

Cookies

This site uses no analytics or advertising cookies and does not track you. Fonts are served from our own server.

Strictly necessary storage

• aa-consent (local storage): remembers your cookie choice until you change it.
• aa-pt (session storage): enables smooth page transitions and is deleted when you close the browser.

Third-party content (consent only)

On the Contact page you can display an interactive Google map. It loads only after you consent. Google may then set its own cookies and process your IP address under its privacy policy.
