01What kind of clients do you work with?
Our audit clients range from larger manufacturers with 100 or more employees to construction companies, non-profit organisations and associations. For bookkeeping we mostly work with small and medium-sized businesses across many fields: healthcare, legal services, software developers, musicians, hospitality, language schools, e-shops and many more.
02Which accounting software do you use?
As standard we work in Money S3 or Money S4. We often also connect remotely to our clients’ own accounting software, most commonly Pohoda.
03How does switching from my current accountant work?
The switch is usually smooth. The hardest part is making the decision. After that we simply exchange contacts with your current accountant and you can leave the rest to us.
04How much does accounting cost?
It depends on the scope: the number of documents and employees and the outputs you need. After a short conversation we prepare a specific proposal.
05Can I share documents online?
Yes, you can share documents online. We agree the practical details to suit your records.
06When do I need a statutory audit?
An audit is required, for example, when a company exceeds at least two of the statutory thresholds (assets, turnover, employees) in two consecutive periods, and in other cases defined by law. We are happy to check this for you.
07Do you work in other languages?
Yes, we work in English and German.
08Do you deal with the authorities on our behalf?
Yes, we can fully handle communication with authorities and institutions, including tax inspections.
